Pre-recorded courses
The value of pre-registered courses is non-refundable after subscription or purchase.
Exceptional refund requests may only be considered in the following cases:
- The presence of a clear technical flaw in the videos or content prevents their use.
- There is a substantial lack of content in the agreed-upon and advertised course description.
Live (live) courses
The amount can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date if the student does not start the first live lesson.
After the first live lesson begins, the student is not entitled to request a refund for any reason, as the educational service has actually started.
Downloadable materials
Once downloaded or accessed downloadable educational materials (such as files or summaries), the product is considered consumed and the user is not entitled to a refund.
The only exceptions are cases where the user proves there is a clear technical problem preventing him from downloading or using the content.
General exceptions
